Bachelors in Science degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science/Engineering, or Material Science required.
At least 3 years of industrial experience required, preferably working with epoxy formulations in a coating and civil engineering area is highly desired.
3-5 years professional work experience in R&D or Technical service/Application Development with prior customer experiences will be an asset.
Technical background in product implementations, customer product testing, and some process research understanding is beneficial to ensure ability to assist on troubleshooting of Olin Epoxy products in customers end user applications and to maintain technical credibility in interactions with customers.
Ability to work in multifunctional team and to collaborate for superior results.
Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and ability to generate values for both Olin and the customers.
Self-motivated, high initiative.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
A minimum requirement for the U.S -must be eligible to work in the United States on a permanent basis
