Job Description:

Seeking Sous Chefs with the following experience: Authentic Indian Cuisine (street food, breakfast, etc.), Regional American, Grill, Pizza, Coffee Shop fare, Deli, Salad. 

Be a part of the first food hall premiering in Kansas City, featuring multi concepts, farm to table approach, high touch catering. Monday-Friday work week, majority day shifts, full benefits package, competitive salary.

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience                                                
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of Cafeteria Cook/Sous Chef experience required. Graduate of a culinary school or other hospitality program preferred.
Food service sanitation skills, excellent organization and communication skills are necessary.
Physical Demands
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to kitchen team members and guests. Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods up to four (4) hours in length without a rest period.
Must have the ability to grip, lift, and carry pots, pans, tables etc., up to 40 pounds in weight repetitively.
Must be able to manipulate utensils used in food preparation repetitively. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Must be able to lift food transportation cambros up to 100 lbs in weight with the assistance of one other person repetitively.
