GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Tactical field visits to local neighborhood cellphone shops to assist their sales & business growth.
• Closing the gaps between where our Retailers are, and their long-term goals.
• Establishing & nurturing relationships, to discover opportunities and challenges, through in-store coaching & cheerleading & training of positive sales attitudes & behaviors & techniques.
• Providing professional sales support based on our 35 years of success in the industry.

Job Requirements:

PERSONAL ASSETS:
• Positive & assertive attitude, consistent energy level, and ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with pleasant clear voice & manner.
• Strong command of the English language, and excellent listening skills. (Spanish bilingualism is a plus)

• Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a cooperative team environment.
• Creative, efficient, & effective problem solving skills, to ensure exceptional Customer experiences.
• Excellent time-management, planning, organizational & administrative skills, with strong situational awareness.
• Proficient in basic aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) and the Internet.
• Trainer experience is a plus.
