To support the Director and Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department.
To relieve the Manager and Assistant Manager of certain responsibilities that will allow them to spend a greater portion of their time on Financial Statement preparation and analysis, Budget and Variance issues, and Forecasting.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Accounts Receivable Specialist as needed.
Assist Payroll Specialist with ADP Workforce Now and payroll related items.
Assist Accounts Payable Specialist with vendor invoice coding to the appropriate General Ledger accounts.
Perform Bank Reconciliations.
Assist the Manager in tracking and maintaining various quarterly schedules.
Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time – quite often on short notice - by the Director or Manager.
