Member must have thirty (30) semester hours of formal course work (or equivalent) to include technical training in trade school, vocational school, military, or college is required. In addition, a total of eight years working experience in the subject area required. Provide support of a physical science environment in one of the following disciplines that will be determined at Task Order level: Chemistry, Geology, Engineering, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Physics, Toxicology, or Biology. Scientific experience in another applicable physical or life science disciplines can be substituted with concurrence of the COR. Provide an ERPIMS Customer Support Center, answering questions from the Installation Restoration Program (IRP) contractors and Government personnel. Questions may include instruction on data preparation including valid values, analytical methods and codes and technical assistance with the ERPTools/X and/or other ERPIMS products. Questions about data submission status may be asked of the Customer Support Center, but detailed validation report questions will be answered by the Scientific Professionals. Subject Matter Experts shall provide responses to Government Agencies, IRP contractors or other agencies on behalf of the Government. Responses shall be prepared for review and signature by the Government as appropriate. Track and report data captured on data export and information requests received by the Customer Support Center using the ERPIMS toolsuite.
Subject Matter Experts shall support initial entry of ERPIMS submissions received in pre-ERPTools/X versions of the ERPTools software and shall support other ERPIMS activities, such as Data Calls, Technical Assistance and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) efforts. Any required reports will be determined at the TO level. (TE-A).

- Supervisory Production Control Specialist (SPCS). The SPCS must have a minimum of five years of working experience as SME III (184.108.40.206) or equivalent. Employee must be experienced in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control process for Environmental Resources Program Information Management System (ERPIMS) data and EDL evaluation letters. Selected individual must be experienced in exercising technical direction, workload allocation and scheduling, as well as effective utilization of scientific personnel.
- Skills: Ability to deal with difficult customers, Pleasant demeanor and knowledgeable telephone skills
- Previous hands on experience in all facets of systems administration/network management
This contract supports functions described in DoD 8570.01-M and AFMAN 33-285. Unless waivered, personnel performing System Administrator, Information Assurance Officer, Information Assurance Manager, or any other IA duties must be appropriately certified IAW DoD 8570.01-M and AFMAN 33-285 prior to providing IA services IAW this contract
