Under the direct supervision of the attorneys and paralegals and the indirect supervision of the Director of Office Administration, the Case Assistant supports the management of cases and projects, and coordinating the related work flow.

This position will be responsible for organizing documents, including filing, fax transmissions, photocopying and preparation of trial correspondence for the Real Estate department. The ideal candidate should possess six months to one year of related work experience.

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for the Factory Maintenance Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Assign and direct activities of maintenance, machine shop, and janitorial personnel.
• Establish and document policies and procedures for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Train personnel within the facilities maintenance department.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of textile cutting and support equipment.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up to date records of all maintenance activity, including routine and preventative maintenance, and unscheduled repairs.
• Oversee inventory program consisting of both facility and machine parts.
• Contract for repair services not performed in house.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical, electrical, and all other municipal and state codes.

• Help develop an ergonomics plan to reduce sprains and strains injuries and OSHA recordables.
• Analyze work methods and material handling methods to improve fabric, extrusion and other commodities handling to reduce accidents and improve quality.
• Create work instructions and implement manufacturing process improvements to reduce factory preventable errors and ommissions.
• Develop fixtures to improve and enhance LEAN implementation and execution. The focus would be on improving cycle and lead times.
• Help sustain the discipline in our manufacturing processes and advance the LEAN philosophy.
• Implement improved process flows and testing where required to facilitate new product introductions and product enhancements.

 The Service Technician is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of all vehicles and equipment serviced by GWP facilities. GWP technicians are expected to perform with the highest degree of professional competence, as it relates to quality of work, product knowledge, and customer service.
