How
it all Works
The
first week you'll learn the system. The second week, you'll get in
a groove - calling prospects, pitching, and getting the feel . Then
over the next 2 weeks you will be filling the pipeline with high quality
relationship building calls while you "tell" and "sell".
Thereafter, you'll be making money. That's that nature of sales within
this very important business.
Work
at Home
If
you prefer to work at home, this job is for you. You'll need your
own work station complete with computer, telephone, and the best broadband
net connection available. It's that simple! Then you're in business.
Once
set up, you organize your email address that we provide (yourname@hireveterans.com).
Then, we provide with you with a username and password so you can
login to your Online
Contact Manager application where you can track your leads, propects,
and clients. We suggest that you use Outlook for your email management.
Once
you are set up, you simply pick up the phone and start selling and
building up your pipeline! That's it! You're on your way!
Who
are You Calling and What are You Selling?
Employers
are always looking to hire the best and our jobseekers are the best
- America's Best! Thus, it is simply our job to connect these dots
by providing a highway by "selling"
job posts on HireVeterans.com.
So
you'll be calling on Major Employers in the U.S.A. including Major
Corporations and Government Agencies - usually speaking to Directors
of Human Resources telling and selling them job posts and memberships
- helping them fill their jobs.
Do You Have the Gift of Gab?
Having
that inate ability to speak to others, to make others feel comfortable,
to earn the trust and to lead rightly is paramount to having success
as a Professional Recruiting Consultant. This career is not for the
faint of heart. You gotta love talking on the phone and dealing with
clients. No Fear!

so now you know that you need to get on the phone and establish repore
- earn the trust - to tell and sell - and honor the continued trust
by managing the relationships over time........Once you do, you win,

What
About Leads?
Out
target market is every employer in the US and even those outside the
U.S. that seek to hire our U.S. Veterans. We receive "hot"
leads daily from our system. Plus we already have a bunch of leads
in our system just waiting to be called and closed. Remember, every
Employer in America who is hiring is a qualified prospect! That's
a big market!
Finally,
during normal office business hours of 7am EST - 3pm EST, your Sales
Manager is ALWAYS available to you for all things sales - by MSN Instant
Messenger, email, and telephone.
What are the Hours that you would be working?
The
hours are set by you!
You
are an independant contractor and thus you set your own hours. You
get what you put into it. Work hard and smar with a professional work
ethic and you'll win. Anything less and you won't make it.
Generally,
major U.S. employers are available Monday thru Friday no holidays
or weekends. On the East Coast they generally get in around 9am EST
and you can sell all the way to Hawaii - 5pm their time. So really
your opportunity to sell can be about 18 hours per day! So you pick
and choose!

Upon
receipt of payment from client, we pay immediatley via via PayPal.
