Come join our team! OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill an upcoming opening for a Deputy Project Manager in the Honolulu, HI area.
Job Duties:
Control and administer day-to-day operations.
Assume the responsibilities of the Project Manager in his/her absence.
Provide direct supervision and guidance to subordinate supervisors.
Keep the Project Manager informed of all potential problems and threatening situations, and provide alternatives for solutions, when possible.
Coordinate and complete all contract and work requirements.
Contract budget, hire & train personnel, timesheets, and client billing.
Communications and liaison between OMNIPLEX and the client.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen;
Must have an H.S. Diploma or GED, College Degree is preferred;
Must have at least 3 years of supervision experience on 75+ security officer programs;
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the customer service field;
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the security field;
Must be able to obtain a required security license;
Must be able to pass security screening interview;
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing;
Must be able to pass employment physical;
Must pass background investigation, including DMV, criminal and/or credit checks;
Must have intermediate written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;
Must be available for contact 24/7;
Must be able to make decisions quickly and accurately and have good writing skills;
Must have impeccable customer service skills and possess the ability to manage multiple officers on various posts with 24/7 coverage;
Must have a current Top Secret Clearance;
Must be meet client suitability.
