We provide custom window treatments that range from blinds to motorized shades that interact with home automation systems. We design custom drapery that must be installed beautifully with proper technique and artistic flair. Interact with all clients in a professional and service oriented mindset
Remove old window coverings and dispose of properly
Install new window coverings, including but not limited to blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized products
Troubleshoot and problem solve in the field
Perform in field repair of problematic window coverings
Leave clients home clean and free from damage, debris, dust, etc.
Turn in all require paperwork and field reports
Work with Installation Manager to maximize efficiencies
Maintain work van, tools and equipment in clean and operational condition
Provide support and help in the warehouse
Must be well groomed and presentable in physical appearance
Friendly, courteous and pleasant with all types of people
Possess a professional work ethic demonstrated by being reliable, dependable, and mature
Can perform physical work without limitations or restrictions
Can lift 50 pounds easily
Proficient with ladders, stairs, scaffolding, bending, stooping and climbing,
Can perform difficult installation tasks at extreme heights
Must be able to operate small power tools; drills, saws, etc.
Can read and take accurate measurements
