General Maint Repair Tech Sr   FS Maintenance Services 23665BR   Position Overview   Facilities Services supports KU's mission of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor by operating and maintaining the University's physical plant and grounds. The incumbent is responsible for independently or leading a team to perform a wide variety of maintenance and emergency repair tasks to University buildings (physical structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems), with the employee being involved in a regular program of inspection and repair at a journeyman level using more than one skilled trade.
