Job Description:

Warehouse Supervisor, Washington, D.C. (Immediate Full time position). This position serves as the central point of contact for customers and shall be responsible for the immediate supervision of all personnel to conduct logistical operations and administrative support services.  

Reports to a Senior Program Manager.  Plans, schedule, articulate and communicate assignments, projects, problems, actionable events, etc. Monitors flow charts to track and manage the work flow and ensure everything is being completed timely. Manage and evaluate project needs while interfacing and coordinating to ensure specs meet needs of customer and operations. Oversees equipment inventories ensuring assets are verified and reconciled with records and databases.  

Oversees the building of skids (pallets) of excess equipment for disposal; ensure records are reconciled and accurate for disposal actions with USDA, GSA, and NASA. Performs Quality Assurance/Quality Control assessments and ensures prompt and accurate completion of all service requests to ensure that services provided meet or exceed contract standards.  Serves as the main point of contact for Sunflower and Remedy issues. Develop and update standard operating procedures, as needed. Review documents for shipment of assets and coordinate pick-ups for sensitive programs and equipment donations.  Provides oversight to contract personnel and ensuring progress toward contract goals and objectives are met. Reviews contractor personnel log-in sheet daily to ensure accuracy and correlate with supporting documentation (sign in sheets, truck logs, usage documentation and etc.). Aware of and adheres to all customer and company safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of ten (10) years of recent and progressive experience in conducting program management and performing support services activities or any combination of the two. At least four (4) of the ten (10) years of work experience shall have been in an equivalent supervisory/leadership role. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active Public Trust or Secret Clearance.
