Customer Service Helpdesk Technician

    Responsibilities:
    Responsibilities: Provide immediate basic Information Technical and Information management assistance to system users. Support minimal asset/inventory check-in and check-out requirements. Build, Troubleshoot, and Reset end-user accounts Active Directory, Clinical Desktops and other IT systems Document any and all helpdesk tickets (Walk-ins) and check-in work ticket information into the Remedy Ticket system. Coordinate with Defense Health Agency (DHA) during ticket escalation or request for Tier II/III Support. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with PC and laptops, network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals.

Job Requirements:

Education:
Education and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in providing helpdesk support of networks, web applications, software and hardware in a Windows environment. Must have demonstrated working knowledge and experience with Remedy. Must have the ability to interact and work with a diverse customer base. Must have the ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone. Windows 7 (or greater) Certification. (70-680/70-685) or within 90 days of hire. Must have a minimum of Secret Clearance. Must have Security+ ce.
Qualifications:
Call Center experience in an Enterprise environment a plus. Active Directory experience a plus. CompTIA Security+
Clearance: Secret
