Job Duties/Responsibilities: 
  • Provide administrative support in the day-to-day HR Operations
  • Update employee information, including personal information, benefit deductions, reporting structures, etc.
  • Support CNSI Wellness functions & activities
  • Process information for company Newsletter
  • Create employment verification letters.
  • Create and maintain all employee files.
  • Provide support to HR leadership and staff
  • Administer Employee Recognition Program
  • Filing and scanning of files
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and establish multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation).
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
 
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or degree in progress)
  • Previous work in office environment (preferred)
  • Ideal learning opportunity for HR professional beginning a career
      Will consider rising senior with HR degree in progress
