Director of TRIO Student Support Services
The Director, TRIO, Student Support Services, (SSS) grant is responsible for the organization, implementation, evaluation, and analysis of the TRIO SSS grant. The Director provides academic leadership and works closely with the College community, Academic Affairs, Academic Support, Program Directors, Deans, Student Success Advisors and Faculty to assist at-risk and students with disabilities.

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education, Higher Ed, Counseling or Related Field
Experience:
Five to seven (5-7) years of supervisory experience in higher education. Experience in programs focused on increasing student success and retention; particularly for SSS eligible populations. Proven knowledge of and/or experience with current issues faced by SSS eligible populations
Starting Salary: Commensurate with experience
