General Responsibilities: Assists the Project or Program Manager supervising site contract management, administration, support services and field operations providing technical and administrative direction to ensure contract goals are achieved. Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with Government personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Is responsible for the fulfilment of site contract requirements in a safe, timely and quality manner. The Site Supervisor has the authority and responsibility to enforce company policies pertaining to the hiring and termination of personnel and sub-contractors. The Site Supervisor purchases materials, conducts inspections, submits invoices and represents the company at meetings with Customer/Government personnel.
Qualifications & Experience Required: Preferred Engineering or Electronics degree or equivalent from a college or technical school. A business degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related training are acceptable in lieu of a degree. Must have a thorough knowledge of contract documents, material, equipment utilization, computerized operating systems, productivity analysis, quality control and cost accounting procedures.
At least 6 years related field experience; OR equivalent combination of education and field experience with panel and device termination as well as programming with advanced systems to include Intrusion Detection, Access Control & CCTV.
Competency: Preferred experience in Security/Access product lines such as: Software House, Vindicator, DAQ, Lenel, Galaxy, Hirsch, AMAG, Facility Commander, and Gallagher. Preferred experience in the CCTV Camera product lines such as: Axis, Pelco, Bosch, and Honeywell. Flexibility to travel to run jobs at remote locations, work extended hours, weekends or on-call as required. Well organized, self-starter, capable of functioning with (Minimal or No) supervision.
Physical Requirements: In an 8 hour day must be able to sit, stand, bend and use hands for repetitive writing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. May be required to work over 40 hours a week. Must also be able to travel by plane, company, or personal vehicle to other locations.
Mental Requirements: Ability to work alone. Must be able to deal with others in a diplomatic and positive manner.
Other Requirements
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (less than 3 moving violations, no DUI or suspensions in past 5 years). Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and full Security Background check (no felonies, no charges involving drugs, violence or theft & have good credit w/no collections). Must be able to attain/hold a SECRET Security Clearance.
