Overview


The Graphic Designer is part of a team that supports a wide variety of internal and external corporate and marketing communication projects. This role is responsible for turning ideas into collateral that meets the business needs.


Responsibilities


  • Create corporate and marketing collateral as assigned.
  • Design materials for a variety of print and digital channels.
  • Ensure that creative approaches, format styles and graphic standards are properly executed and follow brand standards.
  • Confirm all files created are technically sound and ready for print production.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and help prioritize work to meet all deadlines.
  • Research design and channel trends and share with their teams.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of agency or in-house design experience.
  • Proficiency in applying design principles and thinking.
  • Mac-savvy skill set, with exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly collaborative mindset and great communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to weekly production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-press and printing best practices.
  • Proficient in designing for digital channels (web, e-commerce, email and social media)
  • Passionate about current design trends, new approaches and personal skills development.
  • Must provide a portfolio that demonstrates a refined design sensibility and great typography.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Stibo STEP database publishing system.
