Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, the Financial Aid Advisor will assist in the administrative tasks required of the federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. This administrative position will assist student and families in the financial aid application processes.
Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business or related discipline or equivalent technical experience. Degree must be from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
Experience:
One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in Financial Aid. Proficiency in student information system management, data manipulation and MS Office applications and Banner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and/or French Creole.
Starting Salary: $59.825 - $65,000
