Requirements

• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Clear and concise communication
• Effective listening skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Proficient in PC operation and navigation
• Willingness to visit with patients in their homes, clinics, or healthcare setting
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
• Willing to travel locally (Required)
• Fully Bilingual – English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Ability to write proficiently in English
• Current driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Complete required paperwork and initial set up of equipment in person (via face to face, by phone or another computer program)
• Assist and work in the implementation process of setting up equipment for patients
• Provide monitoring, follow up and collaboration to patient’s care team as needed
• May assist in answering inbound calls from customers and/or patient to address questions or concerns
• Respond to requests for assistance, when needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
