OUR CUSTOMER:
The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC), Department of Technology (DTS) Information Technology Security Office (ITSO) provides IT security support services to court units (courts) and National Program Offices (NPOs) within the Federal Judiciary (Judiciary) and manages the Judiciary Information Technology Security Program (Program) in collaboration with local court units and NPOs. Court units primarily consist of Federal Appellate Courts, District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Probation Offices, and Pretrial Services Offices located across the United States and the U.S. Territories
POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
The Senior SharePoint Administrator will ensure the ITSO SharePoint architecture (including supporting hubs, site collections, sites, and subsites) effectively support ITSO business needs.
1. Provide problem analysis and resolution. Strategic Communications Services
2. Provide technical assistance to the end users.
3. Perform site migration and conversion activities that include the transition of existing SharePoint sites and applications from one environment to another.
4. Create new pages/sites and perform modifications or make additions to the ITSO SharePoint environment to support changes to the organization or its reporting requirements, site/page requirements, data edits, etc.
5. Develop and maintain user-friendly sites and pages consistent with organizational governance.
6. Respond in a timely and professional manner to ITSO’s SharePoint mailbox for new SharePoint requests and reporting of problems.
