The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC), Department of Technology (DTS) Information Technology Security Office (ITSO) provides IT security support services to court units (courts) and National Program Offices (NPOs) within the Federal Judiciary (Judiciary) and manages the Judiciary Information Technology Security Program (Program) in collaboration with local court units and NPOs. Court units primarily consist of Federal Appellate Courts, District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Probation Offices, and Pretrial Services Offices located across the United States and the U.S. Territories.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
The Program Manager shall provide program management support to accomplish the administrative, managerial, and logistical aspects of the contract, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure compliance with all the contract requirements and the work to be performed. Duties will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate all deliverables and issue management/resolution
Continuously monitor the performance of this contract to provide the AO with a timely assessment, per the task order, of program progress, risks, issues, and proposed resolutions
Have sufficient corporate authority to direct, execute, and control all elements of the Contractor's services to ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered within the established performance requirements
Provide overall technical leadership and oversight of the contract and report on progress, changes, and issues in monthly Program Status Reports (PSR)
Bachelor’s degree in business, or technology, or related discipline
10 years of experience as Project Manager for IT Security policy and/or communications operations, including all SharePoint Operational Capability and Maintenance areas
3 years of experience managing an Agile web operation
8 years of experience identifying resource needs and assignment of individual responsibilities
years of experience managing project resources and planning
