Operate extrusion equipment. Perform light maintenance and follow good manufacturing principles and company guidelines on product quality. Maintain a clean workplace daily. Record process conditions. Track needed parts and alert supervisor.
High school graduate or GED or equivalent training. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Valid driver's license with good driving record. Good time management skills. Flexibility; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Personal accountability and trustworthiness; Extrusion and Plastics experience a plus.
Hours of the job are 5:00pm to 5:00am Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday --three 12-hour shifts working a total of 36 hours but paid for 40 hours. (Note: There may be an initial training period requiring working regular day shift hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm until trained for night shift.)
