What You’ll Do
IronArch Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITAM (SAM) - 100% Fully Remote
A ServiceNow Developer must be able to create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages. Must have experience in understanding and articulating the benefits and risks associated with different coding languages in different functional environments. Must have experience reacting to problems and correcting the program, as necessary.
A Developer must have experience in analyzing customer needs and developing the overall concept and design objectives. The developer must be able to create software in a variety of programming and for a variety of IT software applications. Must have experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Analysis, documentation, and management of customer requirements according to standardized methods
- Consulting duties and implementation tasks within the context of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Development of customer-specific applications as well as the coding of interfaces for external IT systems
- ServiceNow Customization in JavaScript
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering technical discipline is required with 8 years of relevant experience
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- Implementation of ServiceNow Software Asset Management, ServiceNow Discovery, and/or ServiceNow IT Business Management for one or more large enterprises
- Experience working with Agile development teams
- Good working knowledge of JavaScript or comparable web technologies
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML, and CSS, as well as client/server and LAN/WAN administration
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card required)
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow Micro Certification – Software Asset Management
- One or more of:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- ITIL
