This position administers and tracks the full Plunkett's fleet of vehicles for accurate record keeping, licensing, and vehicle configuration.
Essential Job Duties:
Accurately maintain fleet data, following internal processes.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Keep maintenance records for vehicles.
Assist Warehouse Manager in acquiring new vehicles.
Assist Warehouse Manager in selling vehicles.
Work with Operations to determine outfitting/configuration needs.
Interface with vendors to coordinate outfitting and configuration.
Remind Operations when service is due or tasks need to be performed in the field.
Notify Operations when recall service is required.
Complete state licensing and renewal paperwork in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Safely drive company vehicles.
Cooperate with management to complete any other tasks as assigned

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED equivalent and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to effectively communicate on the phone and through email/text in a professional and efficient manner.
Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read, write, clearly speak, and understand English.
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19, willing to become vaccinated, or eligible for an exemption.
A favorable drug test and acceptable background and driving record are also required.
Database administration experience and process development preferred.
Vehicle and mechanical knowledge/experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Communicates through telephone conversations, email, text and face-to-face interactions.
The ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
This is a physical position with extensive movement, including, but not limited to bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
Read printed materials and a computer screen.
The ability to perform tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
