Kobre & Kim’s Trial Logistics team is looking for an energetic go-getter with a proactive mindset who will be responsible for supporting our trial logistics department on a global level. The ideal candidate will have experience with event planning and logistics. You will have keen attention to detail and a process and solution-oriented mindset. Those who would excel in this role are will have a willingness to find creative solutions to roadblocks.

Senior Manager, Global Procurement & Trial Logistics

Location:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support in-house processes & procedures by networking interdepartmentally within the firm working with many different colleagues and outside vendors.  
• Provide set up and support to ‘war rooms’, a central place where the team can prepare before and during trial, by overseeing all logistical maneuvers including the preparation and breakdown of ‘war rooms’
• Conduct research for venues globally to house our teams and war room build outs
• Provide strategic logistical planning for transportation, delivery, and set up of specialty equipment with the ability to plan and work with unforeseen changes and quickly create solutions
• Some travel will be required to various locations globally to support the ‘war rooms’ while on trial
• Vendor management and database maintenance
• Budget planning, creation, and monitoring
• Streamline and manage workflows for day-to-day logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the needs of the business
• Proactively manage calendars and plan accordingly based on upcoming trials

Requirements:

• B.A. degree from an accredited college or university required

• 1-2 years of logistics and event planning preferred
• Experience with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• The ability to put together succinct presentations using data and PowerPoint

• Knack for solving problems without losing composure in a very fast paced environment
• Attention to details is crucial to this role
• Collaborate with various departments and colleagues at different levels in an effective and mature manner
• Provide excellent customer service, internally and externally
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to understand the importance of prioritization
• Must be flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and requests
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask with detailed responsibilities to support the case teams
• Plan, organize and carry out multiple related activities in multiple locations simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively across the firm and at all levels (verbally and written)
• Possess a calm, cool, and professional demeanor  
• The ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and work independently, as well as be a team player in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Take on ad hoc projects as required
• Some travel required as necessary
