Job Description

Our Technical Communication team is looking for a Technical Information Coordinator - Project Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to help organize and track complex tasks across multidisciplinary teams as part of a rapidly expanding company venture. You’ll also ensure that project requirements and objectives are met, benchmarking internal work against contract requirements and keeping client reporting records up-to-date.
The Technical Information Coordinator – Project Coordinator will:
  • Monitor the progression of project timelines and deliverables;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to generate project status information, including a stakeholder registry, project data services, and project information systems;
  • Manage and maintain that information using internally developed tools and information management systems;
  • Disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner;
  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating either video-based calls or in-person meetings with internal and externals stakeholders;
  • Develop project-related documentation, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and project reports; and
  • Support the Lead Information Coordinator in ad hoc information coordination projects.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. This includes (but is not limited to):
  • An ability to define and validate information requirements
  • An ability to cull authoritative resources when generating information
  • An ability to ensure the accuracy and usability of information
  • An ability to update project information in near-real time
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Able to think critically about a project or task
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
