Reporting to: Jose Matamoros

Job Purpose: The Machine Operator will be responsible for Operating Various types of
machines in the Plant. He will also take charge of the helpers in the operation. The Machine
Operator will need to enjoy always being busy with the ability to see “what needs doing and
doing it.” This is an important role in a very BUSY and FAST-PACED manufacturing company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Operating machinery
*Know and understand how to read work orders for production
*Set up Machine with correct Product
*Inspect work product for defects, and measure work product to determine accuracy of
     machine operation, using Tape Measures and other instruments.
*Observe machine Operation to detect work Product defects or machine malfunctions,
     adjusting Machine as necessary.
 Must Communicate effectively with co-workers
 *Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse working environment
 *Follow the Company’s safety Standards
*Report errors to the responsible manager/lead
 *To carry out all activities in a manner that promotes safety to yourself and your
     colleagues
*Participate actively in continuous process improvement
     Essential Requirements:

Hours of work: 7AM – 4PM, Depending on workload. OT and Saturdays will be included, Upon
Managers Request.
