Concordance Healthcare Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity for a Non-Acute CareAccount Manager. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual that would be responsible for managing their customer in a way that results in the customer having high satisfaction with Concordance while continuously growing the business, maximizing the Cost to Serve margin in the account and keeping expenses associated with the account to a minimum. The Non-Acute Care Account Manager will work closely with the Supply Chain personnel, clinicians and appropriate executives to thoroughly understand the needs of the account and then develop and implement a plan to fulfill their needs. The ultimate goal is to grow the business and the profit in the account while delivering solutions that assure long-term commitment to Concordance.
What You Will Do:
Oversee deployment of all supply chain activities.
Serve as strategic account manager and link between healthcare facilities and Concordance, a conduit between external clients and internal departments.
Orchestrate activities with customer relations team to achieve levels of outstanding service that company is committed to providing.
Provide field level support to each facility in order to support supply chain objectives.
Manage multiple supply chain projects including standardization, supply chain optimization, ongoing process improvement and program implementations.
Develop relationships, excellent lines of communication and a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of all key members of supply chain.
Responsible for managing the mix away from inefficient vendors to more efficient vendors by coordinating and leading the introduction of preferred products and vendors to appropriate customer personnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners in order to ensure achievement of product standardization goals and deployment of clinical product support at the facility level; also, to drive financial results for both health system and Concordance.
Provide clear and consistent feedback to team members and leadership on progress against agreed upon goals and objectives.
Develop business plans for accounts and incorporate it into quarterly business review (QBR) process; present the QBRs in a way that is mutually beneficial. Manage and report progress on goals/objectives, project score carding and other agreed upon metrics.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
5 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Previous experience in sales, supply chain or other directly related experience desired.
Ideal candidate will have CMRP or equivalent certification.
Strong business acumen.
Project management experience.
Strong customer service, time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively build relationships and influence decisions.
Medical-surgical product and contracting knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
