Job Description

This new team will offer in-home support to families who have recently used the emergency department for a mental health crisis.  The focus is on children who have recently been evaluated in emergency departments for mental health/behavioral health needs (but could also be available to children seen in the community needing some follow up).

Job Requirements

The team is looking for a full-time Bachelor’s level specialist who has experience work with children and families.  

Must be able to obtain MHRT/CSP within 90 day, CHCS will provide the training.
