The Customer Care Representative is responsible for assisting customers by ensuring excellent customer service, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position takes on average 40 -100 calls per day depending on the time of year and season.
Provide written and verbal communications to our customers in a manner that demonstrates our culture of caring
Take ownership of customer cases to full resolution, communicating efficiently with internal departments when needed
Continuously learn and improve product knowledge
Managing customer expectations effectively, and solving issues related to fulfillment and order inaccuracy
Perform other duties and assignments as requested
Ability to build rapport and positively engage and work with employees and customers
Ability to prioritize, multitask and deliver results
Positive and professional demeanor - from attitude to appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
