Responsible for coordinating projects and deliverables for our clients. Manage schedules and status of in-flight projects.
Provide regular status reports to clients on their projects and deliverables.
Review and route incoming support requests from clients (triage and escalation).
Prepare software release notifications to clients, including installation procedures.
Strong organizational skills - must be able to oversee multiple in-flight projects with remote team members
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Telecommunications experience desirable
Experience with JIRA highly desirable
Familiarity with software development practices desirable
