Reporting into the Lead Service Technician, you will join an established team of service technicians  who are dedicated to delivering excellence in all safety servicing activity for the full range of Survitec safety solutions, through the relentless pursuit of improvement to process, systems, data, standardisation of work and continuous improvement practices.

This role is extremely varied but focusses on delivering Survitec’s high standard work to maintain and uphold right first time and operational efficiency.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• You will manage stock levels at Heliport sites; carry out daily quality checks on suits to ensure they are in full working order before issue; record issues and return of stock items using Survitec systems, ensuring all Survitec assets are logged and tracked appropriately, reporting any missing items
• Issue survival suits and equipment to flight crew, ensuring a correct fit every time and that equipment is worn correctly by every user
• Provide safety briefing to users of Survitec equipment, providing expert support and guidance to ensure all equipment is worn and operated correctly
• Return used suits for cleaning, inspection and repair
• Prepare flight paperwork to Survitec and regulatory standard and process
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders both internal and external in workshop and offshore
• Develop knowledge and understanding of Survitec policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

• Educated to High School level, with 4 GCSEs or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years of job-related experienced enables the practitioner to operate unsupervised and at fully competent level in a minimum of one Survitec service product line
