The main goal of the Traveling Special Projects Manager is to transition a recently acquired self storage facility to our operating systems and on-site processes. In addition to onboarding new facilities, the position requires travel to previously acquired locations to help facilitate basic property improvement projects. This position reports directly to the Director of Property Management.
Base location is flexible but preferable to be in the southeastern US due to driving proximity to most of our properties. Travel will take place approximately 2-3 weeks/month. Vehicle and travel stipend also will be added.
