Production Laborer/Hub Supervisor

Juicekeys is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant and health boutique that is very proud of the unique and organic menu we offer. At Juicekeys, we put a major focus on the employee experience.

 The "Hub" is the production and storage center for our stores; it is our backbone, and it must run smoothly to ensure our stores have what they need!

As an Production Laborer/Hub Supervisor, you will need to thrive in an environment that is extremely detailed oriented, high energy, and fast paced. We specifically seek out those who can work in a team environment, have a great attitude, are comfortable with repetitive and manual work and are willing to jump in as needed to get the work done. You will oversee Hub training for the Hub team and work with the Hub Operator to create employee & operational growth plans. • Flexible hours – We differ from similar establishments by closing earlier each night and are here no later than 7:30 pm. Shifts for this position are roughly 9-5. We are closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas. Closed EVERY Sunday!

Own & Deliver on all Leadership procedures:

• • Hold monthly meetings with all Hub staff members
  • Head trainer for Hub employees
  • Check off Hub level Hard Skills for all new or promoted employees
  • Perform personnel management for team member performance and onboarding check ins
  • Performing scheduling and inventory duties as needed
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with Hub Operator
  • Own and deliver on all tasks set forth by the Hub Operator & Corporate
  • Communicate information up and down the chain of command to Hub team
  • Working 3 shifts per week in a different area of the Hub
