 We're hiring a Media Coordinator to join our Integrated Operations team in newly created role. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate, or a candidate who is looking to pivot to a role at an ad agency.  This role offers training and mentoring and an opportunity to work with a collaborative and very supportive team. Salary of 38-40k plus overtime.

Ideally a new hire has proximity to our New York City office but the role is hybrid with much flexibility to work from home.

 Integrated Ops is a team responsible for connecting tools, platforms, technology, and operating procedures for client focused teams.

 The Media Coordinator works with various teams in the process of onboarding clients, managing documentation and agreements, digital campaign entry, and financial reconciliation of invoices.

The team has created a best-in-class practice and the media coordinator will collaborate with senior team members on workflow and project management.

We are seeking an individual who is highly organized and who enjoys working on data entry responsibilities. The role requires attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.  Must have the ability to quickly become proficient in agency systems and tools.   

 Specific Responsibilities

·       Generating media plan authorization based upon approved media plan 

·       Digital campaign entry for assigned clients into our platform (Freewheel Adazzle)

·       Digital media actualization

·       Resolve invoice discrepancies with media planning team support 

·       Oversee internal budget/billing trackers with approved, planned & actual dollars 

 Quality consistency 

·       Adheres to the standardized Media Buying operating procedures

·       Contribute to documentation relevant to company practice, knowledge base articles and implementation guides 

·       Meticulous attention to detail is required 

 Collaboration and communication

·       Share responsibility of implementation and reconciliation of digital campaigns 

·       Communicating with team members and clearly sharing plan specifics and updates on workstream

·       Enjoy a team setting that’s for the greater good

·       Proactive in problem solving and coming up with solutions

 Systems Knowledge 

·       Proficientin Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 

·       Our ideal candidate has experience utilizing Strata, Adazzle, Google Campaign Manager or Google Ad Manager.  This is preferred, but not required
