We are looking for a professional Tank Operations & Service Team Lead to coordinate and oversee our Tanks operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during business.

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Accountable for accurate tracking of cost/forecast/development/management of schedule, tank inspections, cleanings and repairs.
• Responsible for the mechanical integrity of equipment, tanks etc
• Accountable for utilizing cost effective approach to tank inspection and repair and financial performance.
• Manage multiple contractors and coordinate activities such as tank repair, tank cleaning and inspections
• Maintain records of all inspections for both internal and external review/audit
• Acts as company's representative in dealings with customer on site.
• Responsible for all logistics including meeting with tank personnel and coordinating pre-job requirements.
• Communicates with customers regarding the job before start, during and after service is completed.
• Oversees equipment maintenance to ensure that it is in working order. Confirms all equipment is operational.
• Confirms DOT regulations are observed by all drivers.
• Ensure crew members are meeting customer and company requirements.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

• Investigates complaints about service and equipment, and takes corrective action
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, billing and oversee division efficiency

• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Train and supervise staff
