We are looking for a Business Development / Account Manager for a wide range of activities, from pre-sales consultations to the development of partnership network, growing key clients and developing new relations. BusinessCom Networks is a satellite telecommunications service provider, operating worldwide since 2003. We are connecting businesses, governments, educational, scientific, humanitarian and other organizations located in remote places worldwide.
We are looking for an BD/AM to execute a wide range of functions in the company and work with key clients internationally – mainly in Africa, Middle East, Americas and Asia/Pacific. This is a full-time, remote (work from home office), permanent position.
Your tasks and duties: • Provide pre-sales/sales consultations to new clients (all necessary training provided) • Oversee service delivery projects: from deal closure to supervision of the equipment installation and remote service commissioning • Develop partnership networks by establishing relationships with VARs and agents worldwide • Assess satisfaction levels and facilitate growth of key accounts • Assure necessary level of technical support is provided to clients on a daily basis • Work with procurement/billing and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery • Periodically participate in the development and support in various company projects

Preferred experience: • Bachelor's degree, MSc preferred, telecommunications/computer networking background • Account management, business development and sales experience: at least 2 years • Keen attention to detail and ability to assimilate new information
