We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Financial Analyst in our Tiffin, OH headquarters/or remote. The primary role of the Sales Financial Analyst is to provide analytical support and guidance to sales & finance leadership. In addition, they will be responsible for preparing financial analysis, making recommendation and communicating and educating the departments on financials trends and variances.
What You Will Do:
The Sales Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing analyzing the monthly financials and providing effective communication for the financials to leadership/departments throughout the company.
Perform monthly financial reporting and forecasting to provide communication on key trends and variances.
Assist in the design, analysis and administration of sales compensation programs
Work closely with sales, finance and HR to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance and results
Compiles, calculates and processes commission and incentive pay for the sales organization
Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics
Reviews/analyzes sales compensation data and summarizes findings for management
Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve compensation discrepancies related to various financial and/or business partner data
Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide recommendations and solutions on improvements in execution of sales compensation processes
Ensure plan documents, business rules and other documentation are updated with latest compensation rules and guidelines
Implement compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs for plan participants
Monitor sales compensation programs outcomes, ensuring adherence of participants and the effectiveness of plans
Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership including, but not limited to: quarterly projection files, financial accruals, compensation metrics and trends, etc
Analyze financial data and create financial models (pricing, cost, etc.) to support key decisions.
Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials.
Guide and provide analytical support for cross functional projects (cost analysis, etc.).
Communication and provide recommendations based on interpretation of data.
Identify process improvements such as standardizing reporting and creating excel dashboards.
Increase team and functional productivity by cross training on automation and skillset enhancements.
Build strong relationships throughout the company to ensure proper communication channels are open between the functions and finance.
Continuously focus on development opportunities which may include developing technical skills and communication skills.

What You will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or statistics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in an accounting, finance, analytical or business modeling role.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions.
Strong data gathering and analytical skills with proficiency in development and interpretation of financial models.
Excellent leadership and communication skills in order to effectively lead cross functional projects.
Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Successfully pass of a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
