The Director - Multisite Delivery will be responsible for all programs that fall under "multisite" delivery teams and overall delivery to our partners. The strategic leader of the management team, develops and guides the development and future growth of the Multisite Delivery team. The role will develop and implement the strategic vision for the team alignment with overall company objectives and provide the leadership and subject matter expertise to assure the consistent execution of this vision. The right individual will spend time Identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices, methodologies, and industry trends. This person in this role will supervise Program Managers and individual contributors.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and attainment of performance metrics for the program/project management delivery, resource management, quality management, professional development, and knowledge management functions.
Define, implement, direct, and continuously improve operational strategies, business plans, goals, core competencies and processes for the team to support overall company objectives.
Align the delivery and execution of projects/programs through a balance of best-in-class and pragmatic project methodologies and practices that achieve KPIs and meet or exceed business results, client satisfaction and SLAs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong program & project management experience and skillset, plus strong client relationship and project team management skills is a must.
Leadership Communication - Energizes people by painting a clear picture of the mission and vision for the company or organizational unit. Passionately communicates the company's strategy, goals, and objectives
Manages Organizational Change - Facilitates change in the workplace and understands how change affects employees.

Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.
PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM or related certifications preferred.
Minimum of 12 years Program / Portfolio Management experience with track record of increasing Program Management Office responsibilities within the technology services industry.
Minimum of 5 years previous experience leading a Project Management Office greatly preferred.
