Basic Handyman experience
Plumbing, carpentry, lite electrical, painting, stucco repairs, and general maintenance
Will repair, maintain and perform multiple task in a commercial setting
Must be able to be “on-call” (one week per month at maximum)
Must have good communication skills
Must have a good work ethic
Must be able to perform duties in a timely, respectful, and precise manner
