Financial modeling of new and existing investments, including maintenance of existing models.
Performing buy/sell and refinance analyses for existing investments.
Performing due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Reviewing and analyzing property budgets vs actual performance and presenting findings to senior management.
Preparing recommendations for potential capital investments.
Working with our operations team to bid out services for both repair & maintenance and capital improvements.
Interfacing with property managers and third parties including lawyers, accountants, partners, architects and consultants.
Pursuing college degree;
Above average Excel ability including data analysis;
