UCC- Avaya Red Technician to support Client campus' around Benton Harbor, MI. Position is a hybrid with both remote and on site responsibilities, travel to client campus sites may be required on a daily/weekly basis.
Hourly position based upon experience & skill level
Long term contract through June 2024, with possible extension(s)
Standard work hours: Part-time 20 hrs per week. start time 8:00am Mon - 6 hours, Wed - 6 hours, Fri - 7 hours
Location: Mobile Worker - Benton Harbor, MI.
Candidates must have a valid Driver's License & a dependable vehicle
Travel Expectations: On average less than 15 miles, but could be up to 100 miles on occasion
Candidate to be well versed in Avaya Red PBX system platforms.

Complete on site MACDs
Replace circuit cards
Perform repairs to Avaya Red PBX
