The Athleticus® is a small and ambitious startup. We are a boutique gym focusing on strength, conditioning, movement with purpose, intention, and sustainability. We're not into trends, we are professionals that believe in building meaningful relationships with our members by meeting them where they are through an integrated and scientific approach, specific to the individual. Technical Requirements:
2+ years coaching in any fitness capacity, including strength & conditioning, yoga, mobility, kettlebells, weightlifting, HIIT, etc.
You are certified through a top-tier, nationally accredited PT certification
Degrees in exercise science, nutrition/dietetics (RD), athletic training, etc. preferred but not required.
CPR and First Aid Certification required
You can pass a background check and drug screen upon request
Possession of authorization to work in the US
A combination of weekday mornings and evenings availability is vital for this role, with late morning availability and Saturday availability being nice to have.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Coach a combination of Private and Semi-private sessions, building a training framework for each Member that is sustainable, balanced, and bespoke to their individual needs.
Identify opportunities and engage prospective Members during intro sessions: complete assessments and convert leads to Membership through a compelling and best-in-class experience.
Deepen your relationship with existing Members by encouraging them to grow with The Athleticus
Book sessions and respond to Client and Member needs, questions, and feedback.
Develop and lead weekly classes based on your specific skill set and expertise.
Assist in the cleaning, organization, and ongoing daily maintenance of the gym space, including opening, closing, and on-shift protocols.
