Nailed It Business Services is looking to hire its next superhero! I know that’s a strong word and can put a lot of pressure on someone. But, our ideal candidate is used to pressure. That’s because we only hire veterans or their family members.
We are seeking to HIRE a part-time (5-15 hours per week) experienced bookkeeper/accountant for a remote position with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

We are a small but growing fully virtual firm whose goal is to help junk removal business owners manage their financial junk in such a way that will allow them to achieve their business and personal dreams.
How will you come to the rescue of our clients?
The primary responsibility for this position is to conduct new QBO system setups, clean ups or catch ups, client training, and other small projects. In this capacity you will:
Conduct an analysis of accounting files to identify areas of concern with regards to missing assets, improper COA, misclassified transactions, etc.
Import proper COA for new QBO files, connect bank accounts and 3rd party apps, record assets/liabilities/equity/loans, classify transactions, etc.
Perform bookkeeping tasks as needed for our clients, including but not limited to data entry, digital receipt organization, monthly reconciliations, building custom financial reports
Clean up general ledger accounts as needed
Work face-to-face with clients to complete projects, connect accounts, and conduct training sessions
Tax preparation experience is a bonus and could lead to tasks assisting our tax specialist
Interact with clients via email, video, and telephone
Attend staff meetings weekly
Other duties as assigned

You have a minimum 2 years practical experience bookkeeping and working with QBO
You have experience conducting clean-up jobs

You have strong verbal and written skills and can communicate accounting concepts in a way that clients can understand
