Ability to juggle multiple tasks and complete projects on a timely basis working both independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and process optimization tools such as Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
Must be comfortable interacting with people from varied disciplines at various leadership levels in an organization and with managing multiple complex projects.
Must be curious and deeply value exposure to and learning about new technology, concepts, people and organizations.
Occasional travel required.
This is not a remote-only position. Although, PRF has flexible work policy, applicants are expected to work on-site when required.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life science; an advanced degree in business a plus.
Related industry experience highly desirable.
