The Client Services Specialist is responsible for interfacing with Clients, Contractors, and internal team members in both phone and e-mail interactions. The Client Services Specialist develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

This is a 100% work from home environment. Company will provide computer equipment. Employee to provide internet and phone equipment.
