TRISTAR is several Senior Software Developer - Full Stack for our government customer in Crane, IN. This position is 100% remote
Position Description:
- Senior knowledge of C# and JavaScript, particularly JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
- Experience with VueJS is ideal, however this individual should be comfortable working autonomously with minimal direction while also helping provide guidance and leadership to lower-level developers on the team
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and develop code in JavaScript and C#
- Troubleshoot complex issues within the code base
- Design mock-ups and user interfaces
- Assist in creation of documentation
- Attend meetings, such as daily stand-ups and weekly sprint planning meetings
- Work with Product Owner to refine sprints and properly allocate resources
Position Requirements:
- At least 6 yrs of real-world, professional experience writing JavaScript and C#. Excellent knowledge of JS and C# required
- Preferred knowledge and experience with Angular, React, or VueJS
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, or similar
- Experience with source control such as Git, Subversion, or similar
- Mentoring lower lever developers to help guide, educate, and provide leadership
- MUST be a US Citizen
- Successful candidate must have a government-issued security clearance of secret level or higher
Education and Certification:
- BS in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field preferred
- Industry certification required for IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570 (for example CompTIA Security+)- willing to obtain prior to start date
