Essential Functions:
  • Provide service and support for all customer incident, problem, and change requests.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Perform preventative, routine, and environmental maintenance and inspections for all equipment, components, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Organize and coordinate within planned maintenance windows for all design, implementation, problems, and change requests.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follow incident handling and management procedures for all events and problems.
  • Design, development, and implementation of programs and applications
  • Perform analysis and trending to provide innovative solutions for application requirements.
  • Perform application testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure applications perform according to requirements.
  • Perform Software Configuration, Release, Deployment, and Testing for all network CI's.
  • Follow incident handling and management procedures for all events and problems.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Provide timely and detailed service reports.
  • Supervise a team of 8 Customer Service Representatives

Education Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above on a year-for-year basis.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
  • System administration and IT certification in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and developing service desk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified System Administrator certification is a plus.


Other Qualifications, Skills & Certifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of LAN/WAN and Data Communication Systems- [Certification Requirements]
  • Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and host connectivity, including baggage message process.
  • Experience with SITA Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS), Common Use Self Service (CUSS), and AMS is preferred.
  • Understanding of networking and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Solid coding and computer system skills, for a variety of coding languages including; Python and Java.
  • Mobile Development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of office automation
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office experience
