Research, collect and organize information for use in news releases, news tips, media advisories, agendas and related materials.
Assist with production of news releases and associated materials; coordinate media-related photo and video requirements.
Assist with production of video stories; writing and editing scripts, attending site visits, interviewing subjects and other duties.
Respond to communications and marketing-related inquiries.
Manage Editorial Calendar for all content, including Social Media.
Proactive pitching to journalists and publications through Meltwater platform.
Work with team on special strategic projects (events, promotions, conferences/summits etc)
Engender and maintain relationships with PRP, PRF/PU staff and faculty in addition to a variety of communication, media and marketing representatives.

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications or related field required.
Three years of experience writing/editing in a media or corporate communications environment.
