What You Will Do
- Operate, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units, VAV systems, hydronic systems, air compressors, reach-in refrigerators, commercial prep tables, ultra-low temperature lab equipment and more.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, handling any questions or complaints
-Weekly monetary production incentives and performance bonuses
-Commission for leads on maintenance contracts

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
-EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required
-Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability required
-Candidate must be able to pass a standard employment background check for job site security purposes
-At least 6 years of experience in commercial HVAC work
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Journeymen level HVAC license
-We prefer candidates who have successfully completed a vocational or technical college where they -have received hands-on training and obtained certifications upon graduation.
-Candidates must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or the equivalent
