About this opportunity:
Life-Assist, Inc. is looking to enhance our current IT team with a Desktop Support Technician (DST). The DST will work with the Network Administrator as part of the IT department, reporting to the IT Director. The Desktop Support Technician will perform a variety of tasks supporting Life-Assist’s users and devices. Areas of responsibility include, servicing helpdesk requests, troubleshooting local and remote technical issues, software/service administration, auditing and cataloging Life-Assist IT equipment, and setup of devices/services.
